What an amazing job done by Milen and the team on our floors. These were originally laid in the 70s and were covered by carpet for years. I was unsure if it was worth sanding them but when Milen came to provide our free quote, he said the would come out great and we couldnt be happier with the results. From first contact, the team were professional and not pushy. They explained everything and arrived on time and left my house spotless. The price was also very reasonable. If i could provide more than 5 stars for this team I would and i would highly recommend their services.

He came to my home, took the time to assess everything properly, and provided a clear, upfront quote with all the costs laid out, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free for me.

Damiano carried out the work over two days, and the results exceeded my expectations. He did an incredible job restoring my wood floors and breathing new life into them. They genuinely look brand new. Throughout the works, the communication was excellent, with Damiano keeping me updated on progress as well as setbacks and coordinating everything seamlessly.

My wife and I were planning our move to our first home with a 1 month old newborn. Not a low stress situation as you can imagine.. Milen and his team not only did an amazing job on our hardwood floors, but they also provided a great service and were flexible when we had to change our plans due to delays with the move. This gave us peace of mind and made the moving less stressful.
Milen is very knowledgeable on all things DIY, he advised us on a lot of other house-related works we plan to get done and helped us priorities as well as pick the right suppliers.
Great value for money too, and very efficient. Whole apartment done in 1 day, and the team cleaned up after as well. 5 stars!!

Did a really excellent job sanding our 20 year old oak floors. They badly needed it. Before they were orangey coloured and scratched. Now the details of each board really stand out and the colour is much nice. We went with matte varnish. Looks like a new floor. Really happy. Before and after pics attached. 40+ square meter hall and kitchen and they were in and out in one day. Would highly recommend

From start to finish, Milen and his team did not disappoint - he educated us on our range of options, did not try to upsell us, started the work on time as agreed, finished on time and in between managed some project scope changes enthusiastically (removing some built in closets, change in wood flooring from pine to hardwood in 2 rooms, replaced and primed all skirting boards etc.) Hi pricing was reasonable for the quality of work performed. He also left our house absolutely spotless! We are very happy with the end product and highly recommend Milen and team.

I've just had Artisan Floors sand and stain 2 Floors for me. They did an absolutely brilliant job! They transformed the floors from an 'orange' look that had developed over time to a rich, dark teak colour. They prepped and stained the floors to an excellent level, and they left the rooms practically dust-free. The matt lacquer they applied is a great finish- the whole job is so professional. I strongly recommend Artisian Floors to anyone needing high quality and tasteful work done on wooden floors and stairs. They have installed and oiled beautiful oak floors for me downstairs and also sanded, stained and oiled upstairs pine floors. In addition, they did a wonderful job on the stairs. See pictures attached. Milen is thoughtful in his approach, and goes out of his way to understand and deliver customer’s need. For example, I was really struggling with what color I would use with my pine floor upstairs and Milen provided a number of samples from different companies and did not stop until we found something that worked just right. He is also great to communicate with and delivers projects to time and budget. Lastly, Milen and Geno (who I also worked with) show real passion and pride in working with wood and that is great to see in this day and age.

Milen so helpful to organize it all, and help was soon on the way, there was a possible conflict in our end and Milen took it in stride. Alan and Emilio did great work to save the original pine wood floor board in our 1950’s house, via sanding and three coats of varnish; a bit of shimming and repair work was needed and a lot of sawdust glue filled the gaps, they were wonderful, and Milen was always very available to answer questions every step of the way.

My experience with Artisan Floors has been v positive..Milen was v efficient and helpful..both he and his colleague Gabriel did a great job..the floors are nicer than they ever were..the house was so clean and rubbish left beside my bins..They promised to return the following day to move furniture back into rooms and true to their word they did return....yes the smell does linger for few days but it s worth it..Many thanks Milen and Gabriel..would definitely reccomend you to my friends..Bridin..

I contacted Milen having checked out the website, as a 3rd and final quote for livingroom room re-do - and so delighted l am that l did.
In our world of constant gushingly positive reviews, l like to think that l clearly tell it like it is - which in this case - can be nothing but (gushingly) positive.
From initial meet where 'we got' what was possible & what l wanted - through the thoroughly expert detailed and craftsman-like sanding by Alan "please please feel the smoothness of the floor over there" (you gotta love a man who takes pride in his work.)
Together with the matt varnish in a perfect tone/shade, l can categorically without a doubt say my livingroom floor looks better than it ever has.
And to cap it all - this excellent job was completed in one day and AT A THIRD LESS THAN THE PRICE OF THE OTHER QUOTES.
The only negatives?
Yes there was the finest of wood dust around the room and the laquer smell lingers for a couple of days even with max ventilation.
however, given the quality, efficiency & cost - where my flat has honestly been transformed, l could not in all honesty reccomend this professional trustworthy team more highly.

Delighted with the service Milen and Gabriel provided. The sanding and painting of our oak floor has completely modernized and freshened up our kitchen and hall. Scratches and marks were removed and going with the natural primer/finish brightened up the floor and took away the yellow look from the oak. They were competitively priced too. They were punctual and there was not a long wait period to get the work done. Before and after photos show the transformation.

After many years of family use, our wooden floors looked tired and scuffed, so we decided to revarnish them. The team with Artisan Floors were excellent. They sanded the floors, filled in any gaps and put in several coats of varnish. There was very little dust and they cleaned up after their work. The floors look like new; an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company.
