An amazing transformation to our wooden floors! It was a difficult job but the team worked hard all day & the floors are back the new. Highly recommend.

Artisan Flooring did a first class job on the wooden floors of our Victorian hose. I highly recommend Milen, Alan and Emilio.

I strongly recommend Artisian Floors to anyone needing high quality and tasteful work done on wooden floors and stairs. They have installed and oiled beautiful oak floors for me downstairs and also sanded, stained and oiled upstairs pine floors. In addition, they did a wonderful job on the stairs. See pictures attached. Milen is thoughtful in his approach, and goes out of his way to understand and deliver customer’s need. For example, I was really struggling with what color I would use with my pine floor upstairs and Milen provided a number of samples from different companies and did not stop until we found something that worked just right. He is also great to communicate with and delivers projects to time and budget. Lastly, Milen and Geno (who I also worked with) show real passion and pride in working with wood and that is great to see in this day and age.

Milen so helpful to organize it all, and help was soon on the way, there was a possible conflict in our end and Milen took it in stride. Alan and Emilio did great work to save the original pine wood floor board in our 1950’s house, via sanding and three coats of varnish; a bit of shimming and repair work was needed and a lot of sawdust glue filled the gaps, they were wonderful, and Milen was always very available to answer questions every step of the way.

My experience with Artisan Floors has been v positive..Milen was v efficient and helpful..both he and his colleague Gabriel did a great job..the floors are nicer than they ever were..the house was so clean and rubbish left beside my bins..They promised to return the following day to move furniture back into rooms and true to their word they did return....yes the smell does linger for few days but it s worth it..Many thanks Milen and Gabriel..would definitely reccomend you to my friends..Bridin..

I contacted Milen having checked out the website, as a 3rd and final quote for livingroom room re-do - and so delighted l am that l did.In our world of constant gushingly positive reviews, l like to think that l clearly tell it like it is - which in this case - can be nothing but (gushingly) positive.From initial meet where 'we got' what was possible & what l wanted - through the thoroughly expert detailed and craftsman-like sanding by Alan "please please feel the smoothness of the floor over there" (you gotta love a man who takes pride in his work.)Together with the matt varnish in a perfect tone/shade, l can categorically without a doubt say my livingroom floor looks better than it ever has.And to cap it all - this excellent job was completed in one day and AT A THIRD LESS THAN THE PRICE OF THE OTHER QUOTES.The only negatives?Yes there was the finest of wood dust around the room and the laquer smell lingers for a couple of days even with max ventilation.however, given the quality, efficiency & cost - where my flat has honestly been transformed, l could not in all honesty reccomend this professional trustworthy team more highly.

Delighted with the service Milen and Gabriel provided. The sanding and painting of our oak floor has completely modernized and freshened up our kitchen and hall. Scratches and marks were removed and going with the natural primer/finish brightened up the floor and took away the yellow look from the oak. They were competitively priced too. After many years of family use, our wooden floors looked tired and scuffed, so we decided to revarnish them. The team with Artisan Floors were excellent. They sanded the floors, filled in any gaps and put in several coats of varnish. There was very little dust and they cleaned up after their work. The floors look like new; an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am really delighted with the floor. Milen was a hard worker and he did a terrific job and so quickly, and not a spec of dust anywhere. I would definitely recommend Milen and Artisn Flooring.

Don’t ever use these guys. Their bid was high, they suddenly had added costs, the flooring was not laid close to enough to the wall for the skirting to cover, the floor had to be refinished because of inadequate sanding, they didn’t show up when promised and took longer than estimated for the work. They made no attempt to have reasonable flow from the flooring to other areas. Just say no.

We found Artisan flooring to be an excellent company to deal with. Milen came exactly when he said he would and was lovely and friendly to deal with. Gabriel came on the morning arranged and just got on with the work with no interruptions. We have two beautifully finished floors and at a very reasonable cost. We couldn’t ask for more! Milen and his team delivered above and beyond my expectations. They’re workmanship was excellent, there was next to no dust left after sanding and both my floors look amazing now. They are very professional and thoroughly nice guys, would highly recommend.

Excellent service and the outcome is beautiful. Our wooden floors are 16 years old and I was apprehensive to rip them out and replace them as the quality was good, however there was a lot of wear and tear and scratches. Milen and Gabriel were so easy to consult with and they did an excellent job repairing the floor and giving it new life. Would recommend to all.

I have used Artisan Floors now on two occasions - once to resand and oil a floor and also now for a repair job - both times Milen and his team have been extremely accommodating, clean in the work and the follow up is excellent. Milen is a gentleman and he knows plenty about wooden floors - mine is a floating floor with underfloor heating - that did not cause any issues. I would highly recommend Milen and Artisan Floors. You wont be disappointed.

Mílen did exactly what he said he would, in the time frames he said he would, even after I threw a few curveball in myself with additional repairs.Price was competitive, but what really impressed me was the communication and clarity of explanations given which made it really easy for me to make decisions.I will be going to Mílen again for my next floor project for sure.

We had some 50sq meters of hardwood flooring sanded and finished by Artisan Floors. The work was done by Gabriel and Milen. We love our wooden floors, since they were laid some 30 years ago, and Artisan Floors have returned them to their original condition. We do not hesitate in recommending Artisan Floors. And, really, there was no dust, which you can see from the photo taken before furniture was replaced.

Milen was great to deal with from start to finish. He showed interest in the job and came over to see the flooring on a Sunday. They completed the job in two days and the result was brilliant. They sanded and varnished our wooden floor and it looks brand new! After a couple of days, Milen came back to discuss aftercare and advised us on how to maintain and protect the floor.
